Overview

The way we work is based around making a continuous series of small improvements and changes so that your business performs at much higher levels, continually improving and growing. We use business coaching and mentoring to help to get the most out of your time, resources and investments. Business coaching and mentoring can be successfully used when companies aren't performing well, it is equally useful when a company is successful and wants to build on that success.

Your first planning session will start to identify areas for improvement, usually by asking questions so that clarity of your current challenge is gained and we can then identify the most effective way forward. We will produce a plan of action ready for you to put into practice on a consistent basis. Coaching is a process which is action-orientated, it's not for the coach to tell you what to do, instead coaching helps you to identify what to do, then supports and motivates you through the process of implementing the changes.

This is different to business mentoring where the mentor works through knowledge transfer and is completely bespoke. At My Business Advice we provide you with the best of both so that you gain a wealth of practical support and tricks of the trade to help you improve your productivity, performance and results. Mentoring will teach you how to put in place new processes, procedures and ways of working so that you can optimise your business performance.

What Is Different About Us
Our unique 12 Point Success program offers an individual program designed around solutions based on your goals and timescale of your business. The full program usually takes around 12 months to complete but some business owners gain so much from this relationship that they work with their coach/mentor for years. We will work with you to give you more of what you want, need or desire, you only need to ask and we can tailor a solution to fit you, your business and your individual circumstances.

  1. Coaching For Growth - This business coaching/mentoring program costs £549.99 + VAT a month and gives you 2 hrs/month of face to face time with your business mentor discussing on average 2 subsections from the 12 point success plan together with unlimited email support.

Fast Track To Success - This ultimate business mentoring program costs £999.95 + VAT a month and gives you more face to face time with your business mentor to enable you to reach your goals in the shortest possible timeframe. We will provide you with 4hrs/month one-to-one time and unlimited email support with your business mentor discussing on average 4 subsections from the 12 point success plan

  3. Start-Up - This entry-level coaching/mentoring program costs just £139.45 incl VAT a month and gives you 1 hr/month of one-to-one telephone mentoring time with your business mentor discussing 1 subsections from the 12 point success plan together with 2hrs/week email support. We also include on-line accountancy software and pay your bookkeeping fees whilst your on the program to take stress away from you.

What Is Involved
You will need to allocate a minimum of 2 to 5 hours a week to the program as we mentor you through the process and coach you whilst you implement the ideas but it is up to you to get it done. By using our personalised one-to-one support packages you could get your investment back many times over with the top package you could get extra profit over the next 3 years equivalent to your current turnover, that is an extra £200,000 for a business with a current turnover of £200,000.

All our programs start with a free no-obligation coaching session where we can both get to know each other and see if coaching is right for you and your business. During this first coaching session we will discuss your current challenges, come up with a business plan and solutions to solve these challenges and demonstrate how you can implement these changes and make a huge difference to your business growth, business profit, personal lifestyle.  We will do this even if you decide not to as your business coach and mentor.

Q. I am working flat out, how can I find another 5 hours a week
A. Often people spend time on things that don't need to be done. Putting off working ON your business because you are working IN your business is a false economy, if you paid someone at an equivalent rate of £40k a year for those 5 hours it would only cost you £100 a week, with a turnover of £100k you could make £1500 a week extra.

Q. Spending around £1000 a month is a lot, I simply can't afford it
A. This is equivalent to employing someone at minimum wage in your business, if you could find someone who if you employed them for 12 months could make you an extra £100,000 profit wouldn't you find the money to hire them.
 
Q. What if I choose a cheaper option.
A. You still get the same advice but you will need to work on your business for longer, it could take you 8 years using telephone supportalone, or 3 years for the basic face-to-face program. Longer programs are harder to stay focused on and the results appear slower, also they cost you more in the end.  Consider that 8 years of telephone support would cost £6000 less but you would be lose out on 7 years of full profitability which could cost you over £250,000 in missing profit.

Q. Can I work with you for longer than 12 months 
A. Yes, we simply start again using new strategies from the 300+ available and make a new series of small improvements which get compounded to produce a big difference.  For a smaller program it is likely to be necessary to teach you everything and to get the full benefit from the program.
 

Q. What quarantees do you offer
A. It isn't possible for us to provide quarantees because we aren't doing the work, it would be up to you to spend the required time working on your business and up to you to implement the required changes.  However common sense tells you that if you implement a structured approach to the 12 points highlighted in our program you cannot fail to make a difference.  However we will reimburse double the difference between your profit and your investment if you follow our advice and fail to see the results.
