Mybusinessadvice has created a place were business people can network in a safe place. We want members to build their brands, profits and develop new business opportunities. Mybusinessadvice provides an environment where members may develop their business, share there successes and ask for help knowing that the business community wants to assist them in growing their business in a true Win:Win relationship.
Mybusinessadvice exists to provide you with the right environment to find support, knowledge and contacts for your business. As a Member of Mybusinessadvice, you become an ambassador for this community and an influence on each business involved within it.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND MYBUSINESSADVICE This Web site ("www.mybusinessadvice.co.uk") is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use.
MEMBERSHIPMybusinessadvice.co.uk is a membership only web site. Members must not engage in negotiations with any third party on behalf of Mybusinessadvice. Members must not use the Mybusinessadvice name to sell or promote any commercial product or service.
Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Members must promptly inform Mybusinessadvice of the following: changes in company address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Mybusinessadvice are notified, by e-mail at
mailto:enq@mybusinessadvice.co.uk of the breach in security, the Member will remain liable for any unauthorised use of Mybusinessadvice.
Either Mybusinessadvice or the Member upon notification to the other by electronic or conventional mail may revoke at any time, and without cause, membership of Mybusinessadvice. Mybusinessadvice will not disclose any membership contact details or content to any member who has revoked their membership or had their membership revoked by Mybusinessadvice. When a member or Mybusinessadvice revokes membership, all personal data and records will be permanently removed, members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of membership. Mybusinessadvice reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion user access to the Mybusinessadvice website, specific areas of the website, functionality or features of the website, via any method it chooses at its sole discretion.
A revoked member may re-apply for Membership once the condition that caused the suspension has been addressed and rectified. Any decision to reinstate a Member is solely at the discretion of the Mybusinessadvice Company Directors.
Members are responsible for providing all computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to mybusinessadvice.co.uk. Access to and use of mybusinessadvice.co.uk is through a combination of username ID and password. Each Member must keep their ID and password strictly confidential. For security reasons, Mybusinessadvice will not release passwords or website content for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorised access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
Members agree to register details about themselves that are true and that they will never impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an official of Mybusinessadvice, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity.
Members expressly understand and agree that Mybusinessadvice shall not be liable for any direct or indirect use of the Mybusinessadvice website or services, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause or action.
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION Mybusinessadvice is for your personal and non-commercial use. Members may not copy, replicate, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from mybusinessadvice.co.uk whether printed, visual, audio, radio, electronic, email forwarding, TV, satellite, digital transmission, scanned, website re-cycled or any other form except where expressly noted that the material is available for such purpose.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USEAs a condition of use of this Web site, Members warrant to Mybusinessadvice that they will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Membership.
RESPONSIBILITY AND MISUSE(1) Members agree that they will solely be responsible for their use of the Mybusinessadvice services provided to them and that they will use the service legally and only for the intended purposes. Members will also be responsible for ensuring that they ensure that they have a right to use their contacts and that they will not, for example, be in breach of any employment contract nor breach any third party prohibited activity or misuse policies.
(2) Furthermore Members agree that they will not misuse the services supplied and that they will abide by any laws applicable to this agreement or the operation of it. In particular we refer to the use of; material or content we deem to be harmful, illegal or offensive; any infringement of intellectual rights and copyright or data protection; using the services for illegal purposes such as fraud or in any other crime. However, misuse will also include:- Distribution of viruses, worms or any other potentially destructive or otherwise malicious code. In addition Members will not allow the automated addition of links or content to their account by third parties on an unmoderated 'free for all' (FFA) basis.
(3) Members specifically confirm that they will immediately report to us, and also use reasonable efforts to immediately stop any unauthorised use or misuse.
(4) Failure to properly use, or any breach or misuse whatsoever will result in membership being revoked and that former member will not have access to the Mybusinessadvice services at all. Mybusinessadvice also reserve the right to take any other appropriate action.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMERMybusinessadvice offers no warranty or guarantee whatsoever for the use of Mybusinessadvice, or the services, generally are at the users own risk. Mybusinessadvice will not be held responsible for any loss whatsoever, including incidental or consequential loss, arising out of Mybusinessadvice Systems, (as a whole or in part), its' installation, use or in any way at all including errors, mistakes, accident, theft or fraud, destruction.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions do not use the Mybusinessadvice System.
SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEB SITE Software (if any) that is made available to download from mybusinessadvice.co.uk ("Software") is the copyrighted work of The Mybusinessadvice and/or its suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). You agree not to export or re-export the Software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to United Kingdom export restrictions.

You agree to indemnify and hold My Business Advice Ltd, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, Trusted Network Leaders, co-branders or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any Mybusinessadvice member or third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Mybusinessadvice website or any on site that chooses to link to or display the content, your use of the Mybusinessadvice website, your connection to the Mybusinessadvice website, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
The Mybusinessadvice's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Mybusinessadvice's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web site or information provided to or gathered by Mybusinessadvice with respect to such use.
