Registration and Subscription

By applying to register to use the Mybusinessadvice Site, the Member shall be deemed to agree to use the Mybusinessadvice Site subject to these Conditions. An application is deemed to be accepted when Mybusinessadvice issues a password and acknowledgment of the registration to the Member by email.
 
Notwithstanding any acknowledgment to the contrary, registration by a Mybusinessadvice from a country outside the United Kingdom is automatically rejected. Where such registration is confirmed in error, Mybusinessadvice, immediately upon discovering the error, shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the Member that the registration is cancelled and refund any payment received, less any credit card refund charges incurred by Mybusinessadvice.
 
The price for using the Mybusinessadvice Site shall be the price set out in Mybusinessadvice `s price list at the date of registration and from time to time when subsequent renewal payments fall due (the “Subscription”).
 
The Subscription is payable by Paypal and the Member may choose to pay monthly or yearly in advance, with the initial payment due on registration and subsequent renewal payments due every month or every twelve months thereafter (as appropriate) until the termination of the Agreement.
 
If the Member fails to pay the Subscription or the credit card issuer refuses to approve the transaction, Mybusinessadvice may remove the Member’s details from the directory, suspend the registration of the Member and/or deny further access to the Mybusinessadvice Site.
 
The Subscription shall be refunded to the Member if Mybusinessadvice does not accept their registration for any reason other than non-payment of the Subscription.
