I am an online entrepreneur and marketing consultant.  I tend to work with many start ups and other entrenpreneurs as my marketing style is based on direct marketing and therefore I am only interesting in doing trackable marketing.  This relates well to start ups and business owners where they need to get a good return on their marketing investment.

Brand building and awareness may have a place in some people's marketing plans but it is slow, expensive and is not something I am interested in.

My background.  I started out working as a consultant for blue chip companies, Rolls Royce, IBM, Michelin etc until I read a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad that turned everything I understood upside down.  Basically I become unemployable overnight!  The next move was natural for me as my parents ran their own businesses and so I joined up with my brother and created one of the countries most successful digital marketing agencies.

I am less involved in the agency now and spend my time consulting or building up my internet businesses such as www.freepressreleases.co.uk.  I like to offer tools on the internet that make the starts up life a lot easier.
