On The Dot Typing - full back office support - specialising in audio typing (we set clients with their own online file transfer account and they have their own username and login to place templates, files and sound files), data entry, mail shots, presentations.
On The Dot Marketing - follow up calls for mail shots, lead generation, customer satisfaction/survey calls, product research calls, mystery shopping calls, appointment setting.
