The Power of Chocolate in Trade Marketing.

On thing that is easy to forget in trade marketing that the recipient’s of marketing messages are people too. I work with a lot of distributors who use resellers to sell their products and most of the time all marketing done is dull. Emails are just offers, mailers are just offers and little or no effort is taken to engage with the trade customer.

But trade customers are people too, they long to be entertained and have something capture their interest. Maybe even more so as they probably do not enjoy their jobs and need a little enlightenment and help.

Therefore any company that puts a bit more effort into its trade marketing and treats the customer as a person is going to stand out and get noticed.
